TexShare Card Application
To apply for a TexShare Card, you may complete and submit the form below. As soon as possible, the University Center librarian will contact your home university to verify your student status. When approval is received from your home university, the librarian will notify you via email or telephone and you can come to The University Center Library, Room 300, to pick up your TexShare Card. You may also print this page, sign it and bring it to The University Center Library for processing. Please allow 2-3 days for processing the application.
